Pop up fast set-up chalet – kiosk is designed for various events (trade fairs, exhibitions, festivals, market places, etc) and for rent business which depends on quick transportation, assembling and dismantling of the retail kiosk. This chalet is perfect for fairs, festivals and pop-up retail. Pop up retail chalets – kiosks can be assembled and dismantled in 15-20 minutes. One standard semi-trailer fits up to 12 chalets.

Technical information

Pop up chalet is constructed of a metal frame (hot galvanized rectangular tubes), walls are made of vacuum pressure impregnated exterior boards, for roof plastic roof sheet is used, floors are laid with 15 mm water resistant laminated plywood, this plywood is also used for the front sunroof (9 mm) and for the counter (9+15 mm); for nice finishing vacuum pressure impregnated boards are used.

Size of the pop up chalet: Assembled kiosk’s length approx. – 3 m; depth approx. – 2.5 m; height at the ridge approx. – 3 m. Fully dismantled and ready to transport kiosk construction is up to 3 m in length, 0.8 m in width and approx. 2.1 m in height. Total weight: approx. 750 kg.

Advantages

• Bottom of the chalet is fitted for lifting with a forklift (both from front, rear and sides).
• Chalet has a door with a little window and both inside and outside locks. (Clients can choose one door in the back wall, one door in the side wall or both doors).
• Side walls are equipped with special places to fix anchoring hooks with straps to protect the chalet against the strong wind.
• A prepared place to fix a light fixture inside the retail chalet; also a covered hole inside for electrical wire installation.
• Chalet is set-up using quick connectors, therefore no screws and nuts are needed.
• Roof is tightened manually.
• Rear wall is equipped with handles for carrying.
• Side walls are fastened to the base by hinges therefore they are easy to fold and unfold. The front panel lifts up and forms a sunroof.
• Integrated counter (length: 2.7 m, width: 0.3 m).
• Counter and front panel closes up and locks from the inside.
• The front part of the roof is decorated with decorative boards.
• In the inside 6 hinged display shelves can be installed.
• Additionally we can install lighting and electrical installation (for an additional price).

Price for order 1-5 pop up retail chalets: price per unit 4900 EUR + VAT (if applied).

Price for order 6-12 pop up retail chalets: price per unit 4600 EUR + VAT (if applied).
Transportation costs are not included.

Price for electrical installation: 600 EUR + VAT (If applied). It includes: LED lights, fuse box, 2 sockets, switch, and plug.
Price for second doors: 80 EUR + VAT (if applied).
